HEPA Filter Production Lline


The HEPA filter is produced by bending the self-developed melt-blown filter.

Despite its high efficiency, it lowers differential pressure to produce filters with good permeability.

Melt-brown Filter Production Line


We are using 2-WAY method that PP is stacked on a conveyor to produce nonwoven fabric then differential pressure is selected firs and ultra-pure water is sprayed to increase efficiency.
(The 2-WAY method is highly breathable and efficient to apply static electricity after lowering the differential pressure to the maximum.)

Fabric Laminated Line (Ultrasonic) 


We use a technology that physically laminates the fabric by improving the disadvantages of the existing hot-melt injection method with ultrasonic laminating technology.

Calendering


The high temperature and pressure rollers press the non-woven fabric (Melt-blown) to be pressed.

This process fills the gaps between the fibers and increases efficiency.
