All accessories such as filter cases, drainage plates, and inner containers are directly manufactured using domestic PP, and washing coal, acid coal, and copper-ray activated carbon are used to reflect customer needs.
Industrial Filter Production Line
The entire process from core parts fabrication to filter production is carried out at Hana Filter's own factory.
The HEPA filter is produced by bending the self-developed melt-blown filter.
Despite its high efficiency, it lowers differential pressure to produce filters with good permeability.

We are using 2-WAY method that PP is stacked on a conveyor to produce nonwoven fabric then differential pressure is selected firs and ultra-pure water is sprayed to increase efficiency.
(The 2-WAY method is highly breathable and efficient to apply static electricity after lowering the differential pressure to the maximum.)

The produced filters are tested in our own laboratory based on criteria of quality control.
We use a technology that physically laminates the fabric by improving the disadvantages of the existing hot-melt injection method with ultrasonic laminating technology.
